    M15x volume slider problem

    Hello... since I got windows 7, my volume slider is not working anymore. How can i fix that?

    Yeah I'm having the same problem, and the keyboard lag. But you need to specify Area-51 m15x ans not M15x

    ok I fixed it I got it working on windows 7. PM me if you need specific details, but I can tell you this go to alienwares website go to the knowledgebase type in 4068 those instructions are for the windows 7 driver. Uninstall Command Center now, REMEMBER DO NOT INSTALL COMMAND CENTER UNTIL YOU ARE DONE WITH EVERYTHING IT MUST COME IN LAST FOR WHATEVER REASON. DO NOT MESS UP THE ORDER.

    So install the controls OSD OR OCD, whatever... Then it should work, let me know, it worked for me.

    can you copy those instructions and make a wordpad file or pdf of it, can't seem to find the 4068 thing that your talking about.

    ON second thought try this too, Unplug the laptop and the battery Abuse the crap out of those buttons and the power button, mainly the power button. Relase the charge from the laptop, then plug it back in and the battery and then see if that works.
