The last few days Ive notice Command Center sometimes does not work properly. It gives an error, then shuts down. My touch pad doesn't scroll because it lost those settings then it doesn't let me back in to fix it.

    Anybody know the solution?

now that you said finger print reader i looked it up and found that you started a thread on the same issue.

i like the fingerprint reader though, do you know if there was a fix yet or do you have to uninstall the finger print reader.

i could do with CC, but i want scrolling on my touch pad and couldnt figure it out on windows..

Well it either not using Command Center or use Finger Print Reader what I was told by AW they are making a new Command Center to fix that issue.

Just use the touchpad option in control panel instead of the Alien software.
I don't even use the alienfusion to log in now.

My advice is DO NOT use anything with alien in the name now. Your computer will be much faster when you disable all of them from start up.

You can manage your power settings via control panel, this happens with mine as well but I got used to adjusting the power settings on the lil battery icon in the taskbar.
