Were you the one that had the GPU with tape still on the thermal material? Cause the 2 people who had that problem also had the problem you're having. They had to pull the GPUs to find the tape was never removed.. maybe you've got the same issue?

You need to remove the cover that is underneath your laptop. Turn off the laptop, unplug it from the wall and remove the battery. There are 9 screws holding the panel on (the panel I am talking about should have a yellow sticker warning you not to block the fan). Once the panel is off you will see the heatsinks that sit on top of the video cards. On my laptop, I could physically see that there was blue tape on my heatsink without removing it. If this is the case for you, you will have to remove the heat sink and fans from the GPU's, remove the tape, and then reapply some proper thermal grease.

Here are some pictures of the tape that was on mine that I had to remove.

The heat sink with the tape on it. (Not good!)

The heatsink the way it should be, without the tape.

The GPU without thermal grease on it do to the tape being in the way.

    Properly greased GPU.

Check the temperature. If you don't, then it will take longer to solve simple problem.

I'm not sure what the temp of the GPU was after a long load. I only let it run for a few minutes because it was glitching so bad. After only a few minutes, it got up to 69c. It is now about 10c cooler then that after a half hour of gameplay. The problem went away immediately after correcting the problem.
