    Hello everyone, I'm looking on the internet but can not find it, someone has the M17 Keyboard Controller BIOS (Version 130E) or where can I download?

    Keyboard and EC bioses are contained in the main bios updates. So just look for your machine on the Dell website, and update to the latest bios.

    unfortunately I could not find him, because on the site ask me the number of the tag and my laptop does not have it! : (

    All Dell Laptops have service tags built into them. As long as you haven't had a motherboard change, you should be able to use the auto detect tool.

    my laptop don't have a service tag unfortunatley ! and i try to use the auto detect tool but i get this code "0123401234" ;(

    If you can tell us what version of the M17 you have, we could probably help. M17x R1/R2/R3/R4 or new AW 17?

    If you're not sure, you can post what the processor is.

    My laptop is alienware M17 R1 and mount QX9300 !!! i find in this forum the link for the KBC but his is down !!!!

    Wouldn't this bios be the correct update?

    Driver Details | Dell US

    Try it out. It should refuse to install if it is incorrect.

    No, that's for the M17x, OP has a M17 R1. Two very different models, Hybrys.

    I tried to register even if there is no submit button, but pressing enter, submit works, but filling in all the fields in the form and pressing enter, the page loads and does not give me any messages!

    Phew!

    I missed the lack of 'x'. Apologies.

    I was able to find the latest official BIOS, but I don't think it includes 130e. I've tried a lot of different keywords with no luck... But I'll try again soon.

    Is there a chance to get a link to that KBC 130E .iso file without having access to MyHive? I'm currently running 130C.
