    Just ordered the slave card to get crossfire on my M17, anyone know if i would need arctic silver or some such or does it just drop straight in. Anything special i need to do to enable crossfire? Using windows 7 ultimate.

    You need thermal paste, yes, of course.

    Also, you need a CrossFire cable in order to use CrossFire, so I hope you ordered the cable too.

    Yep ordered the crossfire cable, total cost £164, bit steep but getting worried about stock of these. Will it not come with paste? I assumed it'd have the heatsink built in so would just drop in. Oh well i'll see when it gets here.
