So i downloaded Ultimate Boot CD and loaded up DOS, from there i switched the CD out with a CD i had created with the .28 bios from OCZ and the flash utility, everything went smooth, it said flash successfully completed and to hit enter to reboot... I rebooted and now the M17 turns on the fans spin, the HD spins up the cdrom spins up, but there is no video on the screen...? Is there anything else i can do? Maybe the VBIOS from the M88 cards don't correlate well to the OCZ bios? Im at a loss for words here... anyone treaded in this domain or am I the only 1?

no alot of people have done this. plug out your flash drive, cd, etc that it will try to boot from and see.

I've tried the reset button(recessed on the side), ive tried unplugging the HDs and trying to boot from cdrom(B13 ISO image) and trying the runme util, doesnt seem to do anything, Ive tried removing the M88 cards and keeping only 1 in, Ive tried switching ram booting from only 1 stick, ive tried just about everything that i can think of, was gonna try a phoenix crisis recovery but FN+B/F keys dont seem to do anything. Not real sure what to do now.

you don't need to do all that you never had a problem with them before this. you need to focus on the bios. i didn't have this issue with my whitebook so i am trying to help trouble shoot.
if you remember the steps for flashing, try it and see what happens
like boot from it and press???? and ???? and wait 1min. -
I went from Alienware to OCZ and it worked fine. Rebooted 3 times changing keyboard colors and booted to windows. Seams you screwed your bios up..

Yeah when it rebooted it didnt reboot again after the flash it just went blank, fans were spinning, cdrom spinned, but blank screen i left it alone, came back, it hadnt rebooted again and was just sittin there blank, i didnt do anything out of the ordinary just ran the P.BAT from DOS ive flashed a bunch of comps never once has this sort of thing happened.

Hmm, is there any actual activity? (boot sounds, hdd activity?)
If so you could try a blind flash? -
there is deffinately activity going on, if i put in a cd the HD light flickers and the CDROM drive spins up... which is why i thought it might have been a problem with the video cards VBIOS not being compatible, thus not showing video, i tried a blind flash with a CD burned with the B13 BIOS ISO, I tried zfactors .28 bios cd as well, nothing has seemed to work, itll spin up the cd and act like it gets to the prompt but ive tried the B13 cd with "runme" without quotes of course and hit enter, cdrom lights don't flash no activity, i tried leaving it for a minute to make sure it wasnt starting to flash, but i get nothing, just same old story like its bricked.

I would try a bootable USB stick. That's what I flashed my OCZ BIOS.

You mentioned you get to a prompt (ie a flashing "_") or are you getting nothing at all (not even the Alienware/Intel bios screen)?
If so, FWIW, do you have RAID installed? I had a similar heart-stopping moment, when I Flashed RAID is turned off by default - causing it not to go past the blank prompt. -
Had the same problem Rilian when i reflashed to the Alienware B14 bios. Enabled Raid, problem solved.
