    will be buying a M17 soon for surfing the net maybe a game now and then ...lol decided i will be taking this for myself and the kids get the LIAN LI custom i built . this laptop is never going to keep up with my e8400 ddr3 20000 ..but it shure is nice looking .. i am a old guy with failing eye sight should i go for the 1900x1400

    does any one know the MAX refresh rate of both of these lcd options? and any other hardware options advice for me this will be my first laptop purchase

    how does this M17 work with a single 3850 card

    will alienware sell a Single NVIDIA GeForce GTX 260M 1GB to a m17 owner do you know the price of same? and will it work ? heat sink ect thank you

    I dunno.... it seems to me that buying an M17 for cruising the net is a little like buying a ferrari to drive to the grocery store: sure, you can, and you'll look good in it, but there are many FAR less expensive options that will work just as well or better.

    Now, you did mention 'a game or two' - and that side of the equation will be the strength of the M17.

    Eh, if you build laptops, you know all this already, so I'm guessing that (like many of us here) you just enjoy having a nice, powerful laptop! :)
