    Hey guys

Had my M15x stolen so I bought a M17 with crossfire ATI HD 3870
2.8ghz duel core. 4 gig ram 250 gig Solid state drive.

Love the laptop except the ATI drivers are giving me a hell of a time.

When I play Supreme commander I have shakyness unless I choose an exact resolution to my desktop one. (i'm plugging in a 24inch dell LCD to the HDMI port).

I also just installed World of warcraft & game has no shakyness unless I click MAP and then it gives me mass shakyness all over screen which I so far can't find a way around.

There are terrible drivers the only 2 games I play have issues. I'd imagine it has them with many others.

Has anyone encountered this before? on thier M17? I'm guessing its something to do with the 2 graphics cores not liking certain aspects of games.

Has Alienware or ATI released any drivers past 8.520.4.0??? Thats what I have installed.

Thanks for any help or pointers you could give me.

    Cheers guys

    Sam

Did you get this issue fixed Sambuca??(lovely drink by the way)

I had issues with jumpy graphics in games and jumpy sound but reinstalling my OS "myself" with all the drivers in myhive have fixed everything and its a massive relief.

I hope you have sorted it by now!
