    M17X not remembering video and sound settings?

    Hi, I have an M17x dual 280's for the video card. I have two monitors a samsung and a viewsonic. Windows vista. (win7 upgrade is in the mail MS tells me )

    Sumsung is connected to the display port via a dvi adapter
    Viewsonic is connected via the vga monitor port.

    Upon bootup, I set the samsung to primary, and use "dualview" in the nvidia control panel. Seems to work great ....

    All sound seems to default to going out the hdmi / display port, so I set that to headphones in the IDT audio set up.

    EVERYTHING WORKS FINE .... except .... after "awhile" if I come back to the computer, and move the mouse, the comp is still on, but, the sounds is back to the display port, and the screens are configured "clone", and I have to manually set them back again. I also have to manually set them on every reboot, even though I've told the sound to use the headphones as a default .....

    ANYONE got any suggestions on this one?
