So I placed my order on 6/6 with an estimated delivery of 7/10.
I was pleased to see that the order was being processed much faster than anticipated and I received an email with tracking number (FedEx) on the 16th with a delivery date of the 19th.
So far so good.
I go to FedEx to track it and it says delivery on the 18th (today).
But I notice the progress bar hasn't changed as far as actually tracking the shipment...
I call them up (FedEx) and they say that they DON'T have the package, that Dell hasn't given it to them yet and there will be NO delivery today, or tomorrow.
I call Dell up and he (Rep) says yup the dates are correct... Oh, wait, FedEx doesn't have the package... Hmm, well wait 5-7 business days and then call back if it hasn't appeared.
I know, all I can do is wait, and if it does come sometime in the next week it's still WAY better than the original estimate. Still...
Has this occured to anyone else? Should I be worried? Am I seeing the package in the process of being LOST in the system?

That is very strange, I have an order from AW coming in today and it has updated in the FedEx system all day.
I would definitely keep on top of this and keep records of who you spoke to and what they tell you. -

My M17 'shipped' one day before estimate. It was actually handed to DHL 9 days later.
