I think I found a bug in the bios and I want to verify it's not just my machine. Please someone test this, it's a short test.

    Go into Bios
    Go to the Advanced menu
    Scroll down to Adapter Warning
    Change the value to Disable
    Save changes and exit
    Boot into Windows
    Completely shut down the system
    Turn computer back on.

Do you get an error on the POST screen?

If this has been discovered already and talked about then I just missed it. If this doesn't happen to anyone else then I'll continue testing by reflashing my bios. Thanks all....oh and if you do get an error on post go back into the bios and re-enable the Adapter Warning message.

I will have the lappy on Monday. Possibly tomorrow if I can get FedEx to hold it at the FedEx hub (doubt it but I'll try). I'll test it then and post back. You're talking about the AC Adapter warning message right?

It's not exclusive to the A00 BIOS, still bugged in A01.
    Was driving me nuts.

Re-enabled the Adapter Warning to get rid of the POST Error (Running on Battery blah...)

Yes. When you get your system you'll have the A01 bios.

THANK YOU! I needed to know if it was just my system. I guess not.
