    M17x - Only Keyboard lights suddenly disappeared

    Hello everyone,

    I found my first problem (more a glitch) with my M17x :confused: .

    During 2 weeks the AlienFx system has been working without any trouble. Today for a reason I have no idea the Keyboard zones went away. The Alien Command center looks similar but the 4 keyboard zones disapeared.
    So I cannot have illuminated keyboard (only trackpad, alien heard, speakers etc).

    What I already did:
    Uninstall and reinstal (a few times).
    Uninstall and resinstall with a third party software (Reg uninstaller).
    Install Alien command center light (keyboard came back but everything was buggy so I removed). It confirms me it s not hardware.

    I haven t open my M17x recently only a few weeks ago for my CPU (and lights have been working all this time).

    I am sorry if this problem has been discussed before, I didn t find a related thread with this alienware model.

    I updated to the latest driver, but the situation remains the same.

    Did your keyboard lights came back?
