    i just talked to a alienware rep this morning and used alienware contact and he said that i should call dell and tell them i want an exchange because it wasnt even a month since i received the laptop, but should i wait to see if they can remplace it for one of the refreshed m17x? will they?

    maybe ask for refund and order when refresh is out. but don't wait.

    id ask for an exchange unless you want to go without for a month for when it goes back to the factory for repairs, or if you have that home service use that

    how long does it take to get ur money back after u return the product?cuz i was thinking on returning my m17x get the money back and then buy the refresh one with a corei7

    i was told by an alienware rep to call back on monday customer care to get the remplacement, im not going to wait since the 30th day preiod end up on the 14th of december :( , once i get it im probably going to sell it

    If you ask to replace it they may still have a refurb and give you that. So i suggest get a refund if possible.
