Has anyone replaced the standard GPU fans in the m17x with their own, perhaps ones that have LEDs in them? I have yet to remove my GPUs to see how the fans connect to the motherboard. Is anyone familar with what size and pin type (2 pin 3 pin) the gpu fans in the M17x are?

Any information would be great. Pictures of an m17x with LED fans would be pretty cool too. I don't know if you'd be able to notice them out the back vents or not. Wouldn't do much good if you couldn't I suppose, since no one looks at the bottom of their computer while using it, lol.

    Peace

If LEDs could be seen from the back vents, then yes it might be worth the troubles to get them replaced. If you are at it go for more power and see if you can improve the cooling. Also if you can combine LEDs, power and quietness (especially the later 2), that would be great.
