Hello, I've been having a problem with my m17x keyboard and I told alienware about it. They answered half my questions about it and sent me a new keyboard and the problem persists.

My problem is there are multiple keys which do not function while holding the shift and space bar simultaneously. This multiple key press is required for a game that I play, and since alienwares are suppose to be a gaming machines, I was hoping there would be a fix to this.

Does anyone else have this problem? A couple keys that don't work for me while holding cntrl + space are e, d, and c.
