hmmm... i cant seems to find any evidence of this? any sources/link?

is the FreeFall sensor in the notebook, or is it in the HDD (the cheating way), like the rest of DELL's lineup?

Did you look at the configuration page under Hard Drives?
The free fall sensor is in the HDD itself. If they use the same hardrives as the M17, they are Seagate 7200.4 Hardrives.

Butter he is from brazil = portugese NOT spanish.

Also, Scytus - BAD@SS desk you got haha. Since no one else had sad it

It is VERY nice to see this laptop in actual lighting....not all the darkened pictures that AW puts up

edit: sorry, may not be your desk - was in butter's post, but whoever it belongs to, its pretty awesome looking

this is from DELL.com.au (AUSTRALIA, AUD prices)

no mention of free fall sensor

hmmm.. that mean its like DELL's other notebook.

do you guys realise that the HDD sensor, that is integrated in the HDD. is not as effective as the one that is built onto the notebook itself?

plus, when you go and get the HDD with FreeFall sensor, it will be more expensive and harder to find.

really shame. the rest of the notebook looks real great.

I was giving one person who I pm'd a day to think about it, but I highly doubt he will be worth the trouble, it will be up tomorrow I think.

Hopefully it wont be too hard to sell (I can post the awesome scores it has pulled to help :))
