    Hi madmax000111,
I do understand the frustration of receiving a new system that already has problems. However, I find it a little hard to believe that every major component in that laptop failed. Out of 3500 machines that I have seen, the worst ones only had a defective motherboard and possibly a hard drive.

    Thanks,
    Gabe

How do you get away with such bad spelling? We can't help you if we can barely read what you've written.

It's a big company mistakes will happen. What about having two HDD 0's?

my only problem with it is that its fricking heavy. i thought it looked slimmer than the xps 1730 so the weight would be around the same or even lighter but turns out its almost a kg HEAVIER.

no idea how im gona lug it around campus when school reopens haha but no regrets performance wise
