Hi madmax000111,
I do understand the frustration of receiving a new system that already has problems. However, I find it a little hard to believe that every major component in that laptop failed. Out of 3500 machines that I have seen, the worst ones only had a defective motherboard and possibly a hard drive.
Thanks,
Gabe -
I was thinking that it. Was just the video cards that were bad but when I sent it in they sent me a letter telling me all the stuff thay had to change and I think the mother bored was messing all the parts I will try to post the letters and stuff for you guys

my only problem with it is that its fricking heavy. i thought it looked slimmer than the xps 1730 so the weight would be around the same or even lighter but turns out its almost a kg HEAVIER.
no idea how im gona lug it around campus when school reopens haha but no regrets performance wise
