Snce Moo's link isn't working for the 186.12 GPU driver( in his driver thread I google'd and found http://forums.laptopvideo2go.com/top...186-12-is-out/ Sorry to link another forum, but just thought I'd reference where I got it from.
I installed that driver and Ntune from the Nvidia website (following Moo's link in his benchmarks thread then downloading the English(UK) version. So I went to try and mess around in Ntune, but all I found NVIDIA monitor, Control Panel, Performance and Stability Test on the Start Menu. Mind boggled, I went for the CP to check it out. This was not the right option. However, upon closing, bam blue screen which said about uninstalling random software and such. Then after around 15 seconds, boom laptop shuts down. I tried to turn it on twice - nothing. Third time, keyboard lights up but nothing on the screen. So I held the AW Head down to shut it down. Fourth time, no lights anywhere, but I can hear a fan on the left side. Again, shut down and decided to take mouse plus the power lead out. This time, I got into Safe Mode and have now uninstalled both programs. With the video driver, I left the display driver in tact.
But basically now, I can't switch to using my GTX 260ms which are in SLI. I'm stuck using the integrated graphics. I tried installing the video driver from the Dell website, for the 260m - version 179.85, A00. That seemed to install alright and then I restarted. Fun times then commence. The first time, the screen goes blank after logging in. Just black and no way of getting any display. So I had to hold the head down to shut down. Upon logging in again, the driver was finished it's installation, which is when I get a window to "Insert the Disc That Came With Your Coprocessor". Google returned no results, as you can see. So anyway, I inserted my Resource DVD and it wasn't able to find the driver that was apparently needed. So, anyway. I closed that.
Next up with the installation of my video drivers: http://i60.photobucket.com/albums/h12/Kurosaki_photos/incompat-chipset.jpg That first step, to solve the problem takes me to http://us.download.nvidia.com/Windows/nForce/15.35/15.35_nforce_win7_64bit_international_whql.exe On the first try of installing it, it told me I was trying to install a 32 bit driver on a 64 bit system. This makes no sense to me when the driver seems to be 64 bit compatible? Anyway, I tried afterwards to download it from http://uk.download.nvidia.com/Windows/nForce/15.35/15.35_nforce_win7_64bit_international_whql.exe (I changed the US at the start to uk). But that hasn't helped, as seen here. Then this error comes. So here, I am - using my integrated graphics with no drivers for my SLI GTX 260m. Any help would be muchly appreciated. Thanks to anyone who has actually read through my whole post too. =)

can you access your bios, and make sure graphic options are both enabled?

Just a question, did you first de-install all drivers completely before installing any new drivers? Because I was thinking the same just yet, (about installing new GPU drivers), but didn't want to go through all the trouble of this...(Too late)... Althoug I heard it's far better to do so.

Always atleast uninstall the old drivers and i always boot into safe mode and run Driver Sweeper then finally install the new drivers .
Driver sweep will clean all the last remnants of the old ones. -
EDIT: Managed to install driver from the Resource CD. Got my SLI enabled, finally. Thanks for the supprt. =)
