I havn't had any issues with overheating in the past, but in the last month while playing games my laptop has lockedup three times and I've been unable to get out of the frozen screen, ctrl alt dlt wont even work. Last night my laptop shut off by itself while playing WoW. Im using 186.82 drivers for my SLi 280m gpus and the other drivers are all recent for vista 64 bit. I dont have a notebook cooler but I think the issue might reside with my right gpu.

Looking at HWmonitor I noticed my right gpus max temp was 85*C, left is usually around 70-75. I dont know much regarding stables temps or if this is hot for this particular driver.
