Listing a few problems I've noticed

First: Many times when the computer is woke from sleep the screen turns on but stays black, oddly enough the only visible thing on the screen is the mouse which is movable too. Since i use a password i simply hit enter and type my password till it logs me in usually takes 3-4 attempts. very weird and annoying.

Second: 3 times now i have woken up from me sleeping to the sound of computer fans running full speed when the computer is off. I looked and it appeard to be 1 of the gpu fans and the Cpu fan running at i think full speed. pressing the power button turns on the keyboard but the monitor stays off. Holding the power button to Hard shut off does nothing. Only way to stop this is to unplug and remove the battery. Again Crazy weird.

Third: While playing world of warcraft strafing forward and to the right it does not allow me to jump. oddly enough strafing in the 3 other directions and jumping works. Plugging in a usb keyboard fixes it and all commands work.
Again Odd and Crazy leaving me going .

And fourth: when connected to an external monitor Via HDMI, VGA, and hdmi through the Display port and playing something like WoW after a few minutes the lower portion of the screen starts to like Vibrate and shake rapidly. sitting there going What the hell. (apparently this might be my screen i tested it on another screen and it seemed to have no problems. so im gonna test the screen out and see what happens.)

Please post if you have any ideas for fixes or anything.

It's pretty common, and the fix usually involves reinstalling the video drivers (the right way - uninstall, boot to safe mode, clean with CCleaner, boot, install the new driver).

As suggested by Batboy here :
    1. Shutdown
    2. Disconnect AC cable
    3. Remove battery
    4. Depress and hold the power button for a 20 count
    5. Replace battery
    6. Plug in AC cable
    7. Boot up and test

Don't know what to tell you. is the keyboard fine in other applications ?

I saw another user complaining about it, try 10.3 beta drivers. (see first problem)

Also, generally if i'd encounter so many issues i'd reinstall from scratch to rule out driver issues etc

Nah i believe everything is stock settings in the bios. I've been messing around with my system all night playing with 3dmark06. first it started out with a nice 13705 but soon went down to 10000 and then somehow to 4000 range. it was bad. Then i did some things and ran the test again. it started slow for then the fans ramped up and so did the scores and fps. Ended with a 13758.

Im actually starting to have some buyers remorse because Ive had so many weird and confusing issues with this system. i also regret the screen i chose shoulda got the RGB, but i didnt do enough research. also im a little pissed on the optical drive the blu ray player wasnt an option when i ordered early Feb. unfortunately im past the 21 day mark by like 6 days. Kinda wish i got the less expensive m15x or m11x or even a MBP... just kidding macs dont have the bling bling.

Play with the tech on line and see if you can get anywhere. For me I had hell on wheels. but I had 2 bad systems.

I hope this one will work well.
