on the phone now with alienware.. the guy I'm talking to is 'difficult' to speak with.. idk if he was up playing wow all night or what but he's basically telling me that even though I'm within warranty the single little rubber foot that's missing is considered cosmetic and not repairable under warranty, and that I would have to have an on-site service performed(at my cost) to replace the entire case of the laptop just to repair the single foot. Anyone think I would have better luck trying to email someone to get a hold of of these rubber feet or know a parts supply website?

IMO the feet are required for proper cooling

well it's confirmed.. $4,000 laptop and no way to get the $.05 rubber feet as replacement parts. The suggestion was to cut up a rubber foot off another laptop.
