    I just got my m17x and wondering what kinda temps should I be seeing, I have hw monitor and was just looking and wondering what temps should my dual 260m sli be at during gaming and what is too high and what is low......just trying to figure out if I am frying anything. Have a cooler and it gets kicking...thanks

    As for the discrete cards, depends on external factors (i.e. notebook cooler, ambient temp, stand, etc.). To date, I have not had my 280's exceed 67c - this was after a nice long 3+ hours gaming session. Idle temps are something like this:
