Hey I saw someone else has this issue but I couldn't find the post again so I was just wondering what my issue is.

Pretty often when I boot up my computer the cpu idles at 30+ percent and slows everything down. And if I go to play a game forget about it, the cpu immediately jumps up to 100% and its impossible to play or do anything. I checked the task manager and the system idle process is at 99 and nothing is running. I thought I had a virus so I reformatted the hard drive and flashed the bios and it still happens.

Does anyone have a suggestion on what I should do? Or what the problem might be?

No its not, I saw someone who had the same exact problem but I don't know if they actually fixed it or not.
