    Hi everybody,
I have problem when playing games...

When playing AION or SIMS3, the game freeze and I have to restart the laptop. Each time I'm playing it's doing that after 5 to 30 min... When the screen freeze, the mouse continue to works, but the ctrl-alt-del doesn't... I have to press the alienhead to restart

I Respawn the laptop, doesn't change a thing

Is the problem is with win7? Or hardware compability?

I bought this laptop for gaming and I can't game normally...

By the way, I don't have disable or enable anything (it's the factory setting. The only prog I have is Kaspersky)

    Thanks for your help

    Good morning to you ordmantell,

Sorry to hear you're having a lockup issue regarding your gaming. I was hoping I could acquire some more information as well as just point you in a general direction that I think may assist you. Throughout the past few months this laptop has come under fire by many individuals on the forums and internet due to DPC Latency (it causes stutters in sound during extreme cases and in the mild cases can destroy any audio editing). These issues were scrutinized by everyone here and still are to be honest, which we've come to determine from multiple sources that it is caused by a normal hardware option of the video cards either down-clocking to safe power or up-clocking to increase power for gaming.

That said, I highly recommend you check out this post and this post. The may or may not be related.
