The two USB ports on the left side are not working anymore.
The little pieces inside it came out (the black thingies in the middle).
Is there any way I can replace them?

call dell to get it replaced, no need to spend money when you paid for warranty.

Thing is, I don't want their techs to come over and ruin my laptop.
so, I don't wanna send it to them either.
if it's the only option, I can survive with two less USB ports.

But if the Techs mess it up, and you document it. Take before and after pics, Dell is responsible for the damage thier techs cause so it's really your safest bet, though there may be bumps in the road, it's free. Actually not free, you payed for it.
