Hey guys,
I recently got this M17x R3 witht he 3D....
It's not even 90 days and the back lights stop working......They change the mother board in order to fix that....but that is a refurbished mother board even though it was less than 90 days. So, is it suppose to happen, am I supposed to get a refurbished mother board ? I call them up and they tell me that it's a new one and not a refurbished.
Secondly, that technician fixes that "refurbished" mother board and next I find a problem related to my 3D. It pops up a Stereo 3D error stating Nvidia 3D vision features are not enabled. I really can't start the 3D. I remember getting this preview pack and the 3D photo viewer which I tried using but that error pops up all the time, and the preview pack that I recieved doesn't open up. I feel that the technician didn't wire the LCD back properly because there's this emitter fixed in the LCD and it wasn't wired well.
Any idea guys what this new threat is???
I seriously need some help. I have been jumping around from one dept. of DELL to another.....and they are just asking me to repeat the whole story again and again.....
ANy1 experienced with this stuff please HELP me out ASAP
