So today my M17x started to hang in the first screen you see when you start up. I have to hold the power button down until it turns off, then turn it back on again and it goes to Windows. Does anyone know why all of a sudden it started doing this??

    Hi Vandit,
Is there any chance that you have anything plugged into the usb ports? Sometimes usb devices can hang the computer at boot.

    Thanks,
    Gabe

    Hi Vandit,
I would recommand flashing your bios to the most current version to see if the issue goes away.

    Thanks,
    Gabe
