    M17x not reading Blu Ray

    Help, some of you might have read my last thread, if you did thanks. My m17x will not read any of my Blu Rays. It reads DVD's and CD's just fine. The computer isnt giving me an error code, it flat out isnt even recognizing that a Blu Ray is in the drive. Strange becasue the drive worked fine for almost 2 months and now that im back in Iraq it has decided to stop working. THe drive no longer see that a Blu Ray is there. PLease help. NO time to search forums all day or wait for Alien Ware bain of its existence, its customer service.

    I have reverted back to running Alienwares last driver update for the video cards in an attempt that a non Alienware driver was the caus, but that didnt work either. Please help!!!!!!!!

    Any idea? Any one, this is frustrating the heck out of me. As Im in Iraq right now sending the drive off or having an Alienware tech come to my location just isnt going to happen.

    Should I try the one on the sony site???
    Its weird because it use to read Blu Rays just fine, Illl try and let you guys know what happen.

    ....ok how do I instal the firmware? Are you supposed to just be able to click on the icon once it has downloaded? Becasue it is not working.
