    Hi all

I saw on the UK Dell site that one should pay 40 GBP to obtain this recovery DVD. Any way, I skipped choosing it. In my order basket when revising it with my rep, I found that it included the Recovery DVD. I asked her whether there is any extra charges for this. She told me none.. Wanna make sure of this?? Thank you for reading this.

Sometimes they just don't know^^ Sometimes they think the extra work (did you allready payed?) isn't worth that money and sometimes other things happen :)

Take whatever you can get free :p

I received both the OEM OS and the resource DVD from Dell without paying anything extra.

well i'm glad i didn't have to pay extra for it coz mine didn't work! i was un-rading my system and was going to start with the default dell/alienware setup. the dvd reaches the alienware screen and then just makes reading/scratching sounds. so did a full re-install. just started my first windows screen, more to go. at least the vista setup dvd worked.
