    M17x sound stops working sometimes when pressing FN + F3

    When I use that hotkey to mute/unmute, it sometimes stops working. My winamp songs will stop and all my sound will be off unless I restart my laptop.
    It says "enabled" in sound devices but something is obviously being disabled and I can't figure out what.

    Help me out?

    I would start with uninstalling command center and sound drivers and reinstalling them.
