My 260's in SLI are in the mid 7's. The index is only at 6.9 though because of drive speed.

Hey, your setup is close to mine, I have the Q9000 and GTX 280M sli. Someone told me from another forum that the Q9000 is a huge bottleneck for the 280M. is this true?

Windows Experiene Index is crap. >.>

Well, if you really want to know, mine's 5.9 5.9 5.9 5.9 5.8, but that's only because it caps at 5.9 on a 32-bit system.

It doesn't cap at 5.9 on 32-bit. My desktop is 32 bit and I have several 6.0's on it.

    What the hell? Mine is 7.2 5.9 7.2 7.2 5.9 on Boost Performance, CPU @ 2.4. GTX 260M SLI @ Stock Clock. Windows 7 64-bit.

Why my Memory and my SSD scores only 5.9 :(  Any idea on that anyone?

@ EtownsFinest: Your WEI is kinda confused. You got higher Memory score but the same Graphic score with SLI enabled

Vantage P10640 when no OC'ed at all.

For the 6.0 cap I think it depends on Service Pack. Vista used to cap WEI at 6.0.

The only game I think my Q9000 is bottleneck is GTA IV. OC'ed it to 2.4 and gain some FPS.

Anyway I think WEI is crap given the fact that my CPU score boost from 5.4 @ 2.0 to 7.2 @ 2.4 and my GTX 260M SLI has the same score with those who have GTX 280M SLI. Its totally crap :D

@ Wraithbane: How do you put Alienware logo under your sig?

You don't see much of this because it's unreliable and just numbers that really signify nothing. Look at the posts above me. If you want real scores do some benchmarking

The index goes from 1 to 5.9 on Vista operating systems and 1 to 7.9 on Windows 7.

Just right click the pic and copy the properties. Then include it as a picture in your sig.
