    I have complete care with mine, having dealings with Dell and even working for Dell. So I think it's worth it especially if one is concerned about cosmetics seeing that the M17x can be scratched easily and such, what do you think?

    Actually I don't think it covers cosmetics or normal wear and tear. You'll need to throw it down the stairs first. ;)

    Since i purchases mine awhile ago..like a month. I know I can still get complete care, but for how much and how long does it last?

    don't know how much it'll cost you now... but CC lasts through the length of your warranty.

    depend how long of a CC warranty you get ....... :( disappointing in you Clauss usually newbies who ask stuff like that


    no it doesn't you have to buy a certain amount of coverage

    You used to have a limited time to get it after purchase, not sure about now. It used to be in conjunction with your regular warranty for that length of time only.

    Yeah. I extended my warranty to 2 years (which is $200) then added CC ($69). So total is $269 and my confirmation page says I have 2 years of complete care. I may increase it one more year for an extra $100.
