there are some conflicts on these things, but I'm not sure what are they.
to make wireless work, I have to install and uninstall ricoh driver, and leave the card reader unknown by windows 7. No problem in windows vista.
I reinstal every driver, and uninstall comman center, but no luck.
Can anyone help me with this?

Try the following Driver for you wireless card:
    http://forums.laptopvideo2go.com/topic/14644-latest-broadcom-943xx-driver/
You'll have to update your Broadcom driver manually from the device manager for it to work, the installer doesn't work right.

Also in the device manager, disable "Device sleep on disconnect" on the Nvidia Ethernet adapter if you're using the latest Nvidia chipset drivers for Windows 7 from Dell's site (can be found in the advanced tab of the device).

Also, you could try installing the v.3.57.01 Ricoh drivers (you might have to right click and run as administrator):

Thanks, Glzmo. I'm working on it and will report if it works.

    It works!!
actually I didn't install newer driver for wireless card (no match in driver info even if I manual install it).
It's very interesting because disabling "Device sleep on disconnect" seems to be the most important step, and I didn't find it anywhere on google.

    Thanks again!
