    Hey all,

So I got my virtualization problems fixed, and figured I'd try A03 again. Unfortunately, running the R254103.exe from Dell fails. It seems to back up my previous BIOS, but Win7 says that WinPhlash has failed. If you drag the "crash dialog" out of the way, you can see the dialog behind it showing that it failed at some point during the "Flash new BIOS" phase, and I'm a little worried that my BIOS is only partially flashed and that I'll have a brick the next time I need to reboot. Any ideas?

make sure you have nothing plugged into your computer....not even a mouse, keyboard, speakers. Then retry. It should work

While Win7 prompted me for Admin rights when running the .exe, I thought I'd right-click and manually trigger "Run as Administrator", and unpacked it to a different path, and it's flashing just fine.

    Thanks!
