M9700 help?

Hello there, I'm not sure if anyone would be able to help, but I figured it's worth a shot.
I recently installed a new os on my m9700, and like a MORON I forgot to write down or simply remember the model/manufacture of the modem or network adapter. : \
i already won the dope of the year award, but if anyone would like to win "Savior of the year" ....take a shot!

I'm hoping to find someone that has a similar model, or even someone that knows the basic specs on this rig. I don't have the respawn disc, or any original paperwork. I bought this off a friend for a decent deal.

It's the m9700 with dual Nvidia 7900, AMD turion 64 single 2.4ghz.
Oh, also it's now running XP pro....or trying to at least!

ANY information or help is GREATLY appreciated!!

 

hello bud ill have a look when i go home as i used to have m9700 if you tell me what drivers your after exactly then i will be able to help hopefully.

im currently working away till wednesday but i will try to put them on here for you


sorry i just tried to log on to the alienware website but it has changed to dell so im not sure i can help with the drivers as i was gonna get them off their for you.... when i get home i will see if i still have the respawn cd

More Specifically (Network Drivers) - http://aliendl.alienware.com/Mobile/m9700/m9700_GigaLAN_8.49.2.zip

Those should be all the drivers you'll need for a reinstall.

I'll try the drivers listed on there and see if they work! That's the first I have seen a M9700 specific page of drivers!
