Everytime the HD light is working, the drive makes a light clicking noise. Is this normal? As if everytime it goes to access it...it clicks.

If the hard drive started clicking it could be defective and needs to be replaced, please contact our technical support at your earliest convenience to address this matter and the agent will advise accordingly.
