And you can check for Service Tag (7 digits and letters) on the bottom of your laptop. That should be enough.
-
the problems is i can't contact or chat with any tech team
-
Now I am 100% sure this the inverter cable that is broken. I had the exact same issue with my m1730. There is a cable connecting the LCD to the motherboard/video card. Either it has a bad contact or it needs reseating but I am positive the problem is there. You just need to figure out how to get to it. It was trivial on m1730 but I have no idea how to access it on m17x. Ask around in the forum. It should be easy.
-
ok i will try it
-
thx by the way oh i add u in the gmail to be easy to contact there is no problems if don't want to add me
-
Sure. I am going to sleep now it's two am where I am. I will try and help u tomorrow. Don't worry we will figure this out.

remove the back and then find the 2 long screws that hold the power strip. carefully remove watching out for the ribbon cable, undo the 5 screw that hold the keyboard, remove the 2 ribbon cable that hold the keyboard on.
you then have access to the conectors for the Lcd.
its not that difficult just take your time and be careful removing the ribbon cables! -
also here is a link to the service manual if you wish to take your laptop apart.
hope all goes well

Well there you go. Let us know what you found.
-
Just use the sevice tag when you call dell. It'll be on the bottom of the system. If your within the warranty period they will take care of it
-
is this more or less what's happening to you ?
-
kinda of but wait today i will upload a pic of it

it only happen when i turn off my laptop at night sleep the next morning i turn it on and it happen

Also, can you try and plug in an external monitor? this should verify the gfx card.
In any case, the lappie is on warranty, call dell to have it fixed. There is nothing you really can do by software to fix it -
In my case it helped to just reseat the cable.
-
ok i will reseat the cable
