Media Remote cause Cyberlink DvD to open,

I just got an Alienware and it came with Interlink VP6600 Media Remote Control. It's a bluetooth device and I set it up already. However, everytime I hit the volume up button on the remote, Cyberlink DvD 8 would pop up, when I hit that volume up button again, it'll exit the program and so on. Volume goes up too but I don't want nothing else to open up with that volume up button, this currently creates more of a problem than conveniency. I've tried to see if somehow Cyberlink DvD has created a shortcut via that volume up button, but it doesn't. I've contacted Alienware, but since they've taken my money, now they're taking their time. Anyone got a solution to this?

 

I just received my Interlink VP6600 and noticed the very same problem. Well, I just removed Cyberlink DVD, since I'm using GOM Player most of the time and everything works flawlessly

 

just be sure to report the problem , maybe the ll release a fix afterwards.
