I am thinking about upgrading the RAM in my m17x to 8GB with some GSkill memory.
Here are the two options I am considering:

$400
7-7-7-20
DDR3 1066
PC3 8500
F3-10666CL9D-8GBSQ

$450
9-9-9-24
DDR3 1333
PC3 10666
I bought my m17x with 4G 1066 DDR3 RAM. At the time I bought it (about a month ago) Dell wanted $1000 to go from 4GB to 8GB, which was to expensive for me. Now they seemed to have made this upgrade more reasonable ($350/$375). Anyway, I already made my purchase, and want 8GB. I have been looking at the GSkill RAM on Newegg. I've read the reviews. Some had good success with their Macs and Lenovos. Others mentioned that it didn't work with their Dell Precision 6400. These reviews were for the 1066. There were no reviews on the 1333.
What is the general feel here? 1066 or 1333, or another brand altogether?
Does 1333 offer any performance over 1066? Or is this one of those things where there is no difference whatsoever due to some other limiting factor (which marketing always tends to leave out)?
