While playing WOT I will minimize the game to browse and take a break at times. I usually always have temp monitoring software running and sometimes I notice that even while the game is minimized its still taxing the GPU. Runs at its max reached temp while gaming even when minimized???

It dont happen all the time and when it does I can open it and re minimize the game and it cools down like it should.

    Normal? Whats causing this?

That would be normal, especially if the game is in session. For example, if you're in a BF3 match and minimize it without quitting first, it would do this. As long as the temps don't surpass 80C, you're fine. Note: You should not run several games at the same time while they are minimized. This will put a lot of stress on the system.

Its not in a session when I do it, its just in my garage..... And like I said sometimes it does it and sometimes it dont, also the full screening then RE-MINIMIZING stops it. And again I dont have to do that all the time cause it does NOT always run at max gaming temps when minimized everytime. That why it does not seem normal and that there seems like there is something that causes it to do it SOMETIMES.

I dont run a bunch of games, in fact I only have and play one.

if your not experiencing any issues when you do tab out, (slow downs, freezes etc) then I wouldn't be worried about it. It's not gonna damage your GPU's, or anything so it shouldn't be a huge issue no?

Sounds like a software issue inside the game, i geuss you should report it if nobody noticed or only some combinations of hardware have this problem.
