Missing programs like webcam central.

Long story short, i got my laptop on 11/12/12. i installed win8, there were so many problems that my laptop was crashing at least 3 times a day. Found out it's because the win8 didn't install properly. had to reformat. back to windows 7, then i spoke to a technician who told me the only drivers i should install were the intel HD storage ones and the wireless ones (cos i bought a digital copy of win8) , after that i tried to install win8 with nothing on my comp but the installation failed. So i'm just like screw it i'm staying with windows 7 now. WINDOWS 8 PRO SUCKS, IT HAS TOO MANY PROBLEMS. wasted $20.

Anyway, now i'm wondering where i can get my programs back. Sad thing is i spent like 2 days after win8 to download all my games and move all my laptop stuff from the old to new pc which wasn't backed up, but I'll manage.

My question is where can i reinstall programs like the webcam (i've installed all my drivers/web browsers and stuff through the dell drivers updates incase resource dvd was outdated) and how do i test if everything is working again on my system?

You enter your tag and it will offer you the correct 3rd party programs the machine came with. If you have respawn, under 'restore drivers' it links to this.

Use IE as the active-x component fails under firefox

 

Exactly, all non-driver software that came with your computer can be downloaded from "My Dell Downloads".
