This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Modem Ports wont detect m5700

    I am needing to setup the modem on my m5700 for my wife so she can do some telecomutting.

    I go to install the drivers and mid way through the setup I get to the win xp install screen that asks to select which ports, no ports show up and I cant check the box that says monitor all ports. Anyone know of what could remedy this?
