    Month and a half shipping?!

    Well just placed my order today and to my surprise the expected shipping date is November 16th.

    Does anyone else get like an insane expected shipping date?

    Sorry to hear about your shipping date but no i did not get such an ridiculously long expected shipping date. you can call dell to ask them to expedite your shipping date. they should help

    About how long was your expected shipping date from the date you ordered?

    EDIT: Does anyone know if I can change my order? I want to change from silver to red.

    To change your order you'll have to cancel the original order and re-order it in red.

    O that sucks...

    My sales rep changed my price without having to reorder though.

    I ordered without EPP then he applied the EPP afterwards ( i paid with paypal)

    It shows up as 2 orders so I thought I could re order without having to completely reorder.

    sry bro but you would need to cancel your order than reorder as what EviLCorsaiR said. my eta was 2 weeks. i ordered on 5th of october. i managed to convince my customer service operator to push it forward to 14th october.

    1.5 months is just crazy. I would ask them to waive shipping fees and set it for next day/overnight. Shouldn't be hard for them to do it.
