    Just got the laptop back. They replaced the Motherboard. Well. From the frist day I keep saying it was the motherboard 02-21-2007.

    I was right from the Start The Motherboard was Bad. No more speedfan delay. Now I can lower set the computer to Portable/Laptop.

    Nice job on getting your laptop fixed, when I talk to Alienware, I will definitely mention the motherboard, and see what they have to say about it. Hope you have fun with the laptop.
