    Hello,

I have a problem with my notebook at this time ( broken hinge, stealth mode dead ), but I live now in London, but m15x was buyed when I live in USA. I try to change my warranty ( send emails ), but Alienware didn't want to answer on that.

OK, You can asked me, why I send to USA? Answer is easy - I'm working on him, I used in my job ( junior programmer ), and if I send it to about 3 months, I don't think so my chief understand that... So, can who's help me, how can I do that? I need to send m15x on about 2 weeks, so in London I think they can do that, but in USA I think I wait about 3 months ( I heared about it from my friends ).

PS. If I buy machine for 3k dollars, I don't think so to send it to UK service and pay for that. I have active warranty and that option will be awful from Alienware.com side. I'm wait for Alienware.com response, because they don't want to answer, at now - they should :)

    Best regards,
    Largo

Did you try calling AW-US Customer Support to answer the question? You might get a more rapid response then from email.
