    Purchased December 17th.
February 1st, LCD and DVD drive replaced as defective.
April 5th, motherboard, GPU, memory, LCD to be replaced.

When can I just ask for a replacement or a refund? This computer is not that old.

Did you open the system? If yes, for what reason?
Anyway, you can definitely ask for a replacement/refund right now.

I work for Geek Squad as a Field Agent.

But anyway. I think I will go after them for a refund. I've always supported Dell, but I've never had so many issues in a span of a couple months on such an expensive computer.
