    Hey, I can't find the receipt email, so I can't find the info I need to access and set up my Hive...can anyone help?

    On the bill you recive there is the "number" you need as well or do you mean the eMail after registing @ myHive?

    no... its the bill...but i actually can't find it... I've been looking for it for the past few months and I received my computer last August.

    i think it's on the emails you get from AW as well.

    and the other problem is, each account only gives you acces to the drivers for the system you bought.

    Actually anyone has access to the drivers. Just go to the A.W homepage --support--drivers and downloads. Your account number should also be in your binder as well as the "spec sheet" saved on your laptop. You can also get it by calling A.W. support. Doesn't really make sense that you can't find your number?

    You should have also recieved a card (creditcard size) which contains that same number...maybe you can find this.

    thanks guys, I'm def going to look for the file on my comp and worst comes to worst I will call them up... I was just trying to avoid calling them because last time I called them, when i ordered my computer, they guy misunderstood me and wound up writing his agent ID number on the nameplate that is on the bottom of the comp...instead of mine..lol

    what name plate on the bottom of the computer?
