You can download the latest drivers from Dell (the Beta ones) from here:
    Drivers and Downloads
Make a clean install (remove properly the previous drivers)
If that doesn't solve your problem I would check the SLI cable (most probable cause of the stuttering as seen on the video)
Are your cards flashed with a different vbios than the original? Or did you attempt to overclock them?

1-I installed that you told it's worked with battle field company 2 but low FSP and still stutter with Crysis. some game work with low fsp and some still stutter.

2-I think there no problem with cable.I don't know

3-I didn't do cards flashed. Is this necessary or is this will help me to solve problem.

    4- I didn't attempt to overclock them.

    thank you

If you didn't experience stuttering when you had one card, your 2nd card might be bad. Or.. you can always do a refresh OS install as a last resort. Also Crysis is just badly optimized. I had box issues with Crysis so I thought my 2nd card was bad but I tested all the other games and it worked perfectly fine.

Did you try to update the SLI profiles? If not, BatBoy can help you with that more than I can.
Reinstalling windows 7 is a potential solution but I don't think it will do much of a difference as long as you already had properly installed and unistalled the drivers.
To check the 2nd card, what I can think of, is to flash it with the vbios of the primary card and use it alone to see if it's ok. I don't recommend it though.. too much stuff to do...

If you get those colors with more than 2 different drivers then it's the card or cable.

Make sure you have A03 BIOS.

The sutter was fixed mostly by Dell/nVIDIA about a month or two ago.

Use these drivers for a bit, if they don't get rid of your flickering/screen flashings then it has to be the card/cable:

    195.62_Win7x64.exe

    Disable the 9400M before installing
    Enable SLI
    Disable Powermizer when installing them

I don't get any such stutter anymore. I also have a GTX260m SLI rig but that's being sold. It uses Win7 and it also has no stutter.

Did you try to use each card seperately? If both work fine alone then it's the cable and you have either to change it or to try to reseat it and see if solves the problem

I have already answered this question here
    http://forum.notebookreview.com/6207939-post10.html
At that thread, there were members of this forum who flashed the VBIOS of the GPU, so they can help you with that procedure, you can always PM them.
After you flash it, use it as a primary single card ( like you had before )take out the good one (the one you had ) and put the card you bought at that position to test it and see if it works.

i read somewhere on nvidia i think you will get micro stuttering between 25-30fps when using sli..... driving me made where i read it...do me a favour and play a couple of games on low setting on sli so your above 30fps and see if it works
