Well I have been using my M9750 without fail for the past 5 - 6 months and it is great. However, I have checked the temps and they appear to be up ~4C - 5C from what they normally are. I have cleaned the fans and everything, so I may have to send this in for repairs before it gets too bad.

I will wait for the summer to do this though, as I do not want to get involved with AW with exams approaching. I just hope that they can fix this on the first try, and not on like the 4th or 5th.

I think that I just need to replace the thermal gel, but who knows what they will say.

We will recommend to keep monitoring its temperature, does it happen when gaming only or even when browsing internet? if it increases we suggest to contact support immediately to address the issue. Please keep us informed.

    Thank you.

i recommend using the programs "core temp" for cpu temps and rivatuner for gpu temps. i know that alot of cpu temp monitor programs reads different temps so it can be confusing.

i don't think you are overheating, though. maybe just the summer time ambient temps comming into play.

I will keep you guys updated. However, I will not be using my laptop a lot until exams are over so I will be able to test it a lot more after exams end.

Compare with ambient temperture increases for the season.

And try clearing out the fans and vents with compressed air. (I won't reiterate instructions, as this is well documented.)

Meanwhile, my GPU failed Friday, and I was not able to determine if it was heat related before the crash. (Waiting to recieve replacement)
