Pretty nice video. Not sure if I liked the music or not. Could have done without it and talked about the laptop while you were unwrapping it.

Oh and is that seriously a Macbook air sitting there? lol

I bought a Macbook Air because it is very portable. I don't have to worry about carrying it around. I can take my work everywhere I go and it is easier to work with files on OS X than windows. It also feels very solid, I can put it in my bag between my books without worrying if it is going to break (unlike the macbook is still made of plastic).

I will start taking my m15x though but I have to be careful.

Nice video, I wish you showed off the m15x a bit more, though. Congrats on your purchase! Hopefully I'll be able to get enough cash to buy one with a 9600M GT (which I'd upgrade to a faster card in the future) and a Montevina processor when they come out. The silver looks really nice when it first comes out of the box, I'm wondering how it looks after after a few weeks, it looks easy to damage. What specs did you get on your m15x?

 

You can afford thousands of dollars on a notebook but you don't have any good bedsheets (or lack of)? For shame.




J/K, looks like a sweet looking notebook. Very similar packaging to how HP does theirs.

 

I wanted to show it more in the video during the unboxing but my camera's memory card got full . So far there are no scratches and it is still shiny !!! the specs are posted on youtube in video description. Hope you get yours soon!!

i dont see why someone would buy the macbook air over the asus ee pc . smaller and like 1500 bucks cheaper. sure it cant run osx, but you save 1500. but if you have the money to toss around i would go for it.

 

The MBA is much, much, much faster than an EEE PC, is a lot thinner, has much better battery life, has almost double the screen size (7" comapred to 13.3"), and looks a lot nicer.
